Title: Salada Fasle (Seasonal Salad)

3 Young cucumbers, peeled & sliced thin
1md(1/2 c) onion, sliced thin
3 (1 lb) firm ripe tomatoes, sliced thin
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
1tbOlive oil
1tbWine vinegar
1tbLemon juice
3tbFresh Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1tbFresh mint, chopped

Persian are not salad eaters in European sense but this one in its simplicity is close to our own tastes & most compatible w/rice and meat dishes. 1. Mix everything together & toss salad well. Serve cold. Serves 6 to 8 w/other dishes.
